Has anyone got any experience in changing these? I have some play in one of my hinges. Still flyable but better to change it. Have ordered new ones from Classic Aero.

Thanks Steve. Meanwhile I found a source in the UK for the KP3L (5/8"OD, 3/16"bore) outer aileron bearings in the UK. The down load of their catalogue is in the link below. They also sell more precise versions of the same bearing. The dealer I used is a company called Saywell (barbara.barrett@saywell.co.uk). Pete kindly gave me a UK a UK source for the larger middle and inboard aileron bearings (11/16"OD, 3/16"bore x 1/4") http://www.ptandbearings.co.uk. Both bearings can also be obtained via Doug Combs.

I still have to receive the KP3L and see if they fit. This will be a winter job...
